Job description

YOUR DAILY AGENDA

  • Build strong relationships with existing partners of the company;

  • Supporting video business meetings with partners;

  • Handles partner audits/assessments, working closely with our KYC and compliance departments;

  • Training & coaching new and existing partners;

  • Actively listen to our partners’ requests and provide daily support to new and existing partners via Email and Skype;

  • Be the primary point of contact for partners requests;

  • Collect, analyze data of the market and deliver progress reports.

Job requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Advanced/medium in Russian and fluent in English

  • Advanced computer skills and ability to work with programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive etc.;

  • Efficiency to be able to produce significant output with minimal waisted effort;

  • Organization and planning skills in order to plan, organize, schedule and budget in an efficient, productive manner by focusing on key priorities;

  • Intelligence, you demonstrate ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information;

  • Attention to detail so you don’t let important details slip through the cracks or derail the project;

  • Openness to feedback and ideas, you often solicit feedback and react calmly and proficiently to constructive feedback.
